- Standard Gases
Every Gas Analyzer required to calibrate once a while (period calibration is preferred), that will maintain analyzer remain its stable analysis ability. Also for assume the Gas Detector still has the function to detect the gas leakage, calibration gas is required to use.
Accuracy Calibration Gases are requested to be the standard for Gas Analyzers and Gas Detectors to do period calibration. Even more, some Gas Analyzer Manufacturer recommend their customers to do Liner Calibration once a period (use several concentrations’ calibration gases). So you will know how Calibration Gases important to the Gas Analyzers and Gas Detectors.

Jing De could manufacture the standard gas upon demand of our customers. Our primary standard meets ± 1% NIST Traceable / USA Gas Companies ( NIST = USA National Institute Standard and Technology ) or Taiwan ITRI made standard gas. And our Certified Standard is Traceable to ± 1% or ± 2% of Taiwan or world famous manufacturer made Standard Gases.

Note: ( 1 ) Above blending ranges just for reference, contact us for other ranges. ( 2 ) Balance Gas : It is available to blend with N2、Air、He、H2、Ar or others by requested. ( 3 ) Filling pressure : According to mixture components and concentration, not always has fix 140 kg/cm2 (cylinder’s max. filling pressure) or 120 kg/cm2. ( 4 ) Cylinders : The material and size of cylinder ( Steel Cylinder or Aluminum Cylinder ) will be used according to the mixture gas’s feature and Filling Pressure.
